Set on a corner plot with dual access, the structure uses clean horizontal bands and a simple material palette of wood, rough plaster, and glass to blend effortlessly with its surroundings. The design focuses on natural light, scenic views, and a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors.

Each level of the home is thoughtfully planned for function and privacy. The ground floor includes parking and a spill-over area for gatherings, the first floor houses the main living spaces, and the upper levels feature four private en-suite bedrooms.
